We want you to love your new games! If you have any issues whatsoever, email us and we'll do everything we can to get it sorted.
Physical games
Faulty games or games with missing components
Email us and we'll replace your product or send you components immediately.
Changed your mind?
Unopened games - Email us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will pay for you to send the game back to us and you'll receive a full refund when we receive it.
Opened games - While we don't have to offer returns for opened products, we want all our customers to be happy! So if you're not 100% happy, email us and you'll be able to send products back to us and you'll get a refund when we receive them. You'll need to cover the return postage - this is just to battle return fraud, which is a big issue in our industry.
Digital packs
These cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. However, if you're not satisfied with the product, email us at support@confidentgame.com.
